I called 4 days ago and made airport transportation service appointment. I called day before and received a confirmation of service.
Company called 2 min before service time and said a taxi was not coming. Perhaps if we waited 15-20 mins she might find us a taxi we ended up driving and parking car $$$, just what we wanted to avoid. What good is a reservation if they dont honor it?

Taxi NEVER CAME!
Called 303 for taxi from OHare Airport at 3pm on Sunday afternoon. Was on phone with agent for approximately 10 minutes, then told me to expect a text with cab number.
I waited and never received text. Called company again and was told it may take 15-20 minutes.
I waited and still no text, After waiting nearly 40 minutes for ride, I called company AGAIN. This time agent said that the wait time was 45 min Why wasnt I told that to begin with?
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

A week ago I called for a cab and was told that cab would be there shortly. After 55 minutes, I called again and was told that she still could not find a cab for me.
Yesterday I called a cab and he came promptly.
When I told him the destinationn and that I would give him
directions, he responded "I am the cab driver.
I know how to get there. Now I suppose you are going to come to my house and tell me how to live my life!"
Today I was again told that a cab would be there shortly and when I called after 45 minutes, was told she could not find a cab for me.I donI donI dont

Bad experience
He didn't speak english. I missed my appointment at social security office because he couldn't find the address. I was pissed.

Take an Uber or Limo
I called the 303 taxi cab 580 , Misha. he was supposed to pick me up.
at 4:45. when he didn't show up I texted then he called me back and said he overslept and it would be 45 minutes to get there.. I could not do that and another cab couldn't be there for 40 minutes. So I drove myself..
I ended up getting a $204 parking bill at economy parking at O'Hare.. The fair both ways would have cost $100. I told Misha he owed me. $104..
He told me never to call him again. I have all the texts to prove it and the bill.
Not good experience
I had set up a ride to take me to Streamwood behavioral hospital from Roselle Park District was told that irlt would only be $12. When I got into the vehicle the Indian driver told me $19 and said he was coming from O'Hare airport he made it seem like he was tryin to charge me from whatever he came from.
So we start driving ans when I realized his gps on his phone was going toward a different direction I confronted him and then asked him if he going to restart the meter since he put in the wrong address on his gps on purpose. He became very aggressive and threatened to contact police, He dropped me off at some busy road.
Preferred solution: Fire the driver for tryin to rob customer

I gave my cab driver a $20.00 bill and asked for my change so I could figure out the tip....she gives me $2.00 back....the amount I owed was only $9.00 so she tipped herself over 100 percent of the bill. That was wrong. I would appreciate my money back .
Illegal parking at Westmont Train station
On 7/11/16, ONCE again, two 303 taxis- numbers 8628 and 8631, we parked illegally at North Lincoln and Burlington by the Westmont train station, blocking the view of the crosswalk by parking in the hatched "do not park" areas.
Apparently they think this is funny as I already busted cab 8622 about 4 times for actually blocking the crosswalk.
Safety is apparently not a virtue at 303 as long as you are not a customer. People using wheelchairs could not be seen by a car approaching from the west.
Hope this embarrasses them, but doubt it will!

Dispatchers constantly mislead about pickups. Today at O hare cab will be there in 15 minutes.
45 minutes cab 884x shows up with burnt out head light Pathetic service. Call American next time.

Took cab128 from my home at 4849 hull st in skokie ill the cab driver started touching on my leg from the front sit while i was in the back i asked him to stop then he started showing me nude sexual pictures off his phone asking if i liked those positions and if i wanted them done to me i told him please leave me alone and get me where i asked himto take me he drove very slow.

128 cab driver on the 13 of Dec felt on me and asked me if i wanted to do some sexual acts with him while showing me sexual pictures off his phone.
If you want a cab to get you somewhere on time, do NOT call 303!!
NEVER have I had such TERRIBLE service from a cab company and don't ask me why I continued using them, but I am now DONE! Twice a week - one person - one residential location to a Metra Station - drivers can't find the address, drivers call me and I spend 20 minutes on the phone with them trying to direct them.
More than a few times she has missed her train. And today, topped it off! I received a call 8 MINUTES before she was supposed to be picked up, that they were still 'looking' for a cab for her!!!!! So, train - MISSED.
What if she had a plane to catch????? Also, I made the reservation this morning - and it is not out of their area, it is not rush hour. All it boils down to is extremely poor service, responsibility and coordination. My stupidity for thinking they would get their act together and be able to learn how to do this pick-up!
And, they really couldn't care less - offered no other remedies and refused to reimburse the fare for another cab company to get her there (and we are talking about a whopping $12 fare)! Shame on me for giving them a second, third, fourth, chance!!
Have used transport services throught the US and Int, and NEVER had such poor service, response or resolve. If you need a cab, CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!!
